I really don't understand why this place has only 3 stars??? We were in the area and I promised my kids to take them in indoor playground but playground was closed..Kids start to crying so I have to compensate for an ice cream. I went on Yelp and found the closes ice cream place. Cold Stone. I didn't checked reviews since we need ice cream ASAP. From outside it looks like it was closed but when we get closer we could see couple people inside. They have average selection of ice cream nothing super crazy (strawberry, oreo, apple, chocolate, vanila...) i like the original taste of ice cream. We decided to go with one scoope of strawberry with gummy bear toppings (lol, my daughter loves gummy bear but it wasn't a good choice with a ice cream). They take your ice cream and topping and blend it together. But gummy bears wasn't a good choice so I need to take away. I didn't know were they old or when you blend them with ice cream they become frozen. So don't ever mix your ice cream and gummy bears!!! Oreo was perfect, creamy and delicious. My son choose for his topping mini M&M and this wasn't a good choice.I see they have vegan options with almond and coconut milk. They also selling cakes and cupcakes. The only thing that I didn't like was limited space inside. Each table has two chair and if you come with your family of 4 it is impossible to accommodate. Even if you put two more chairs it is still weird since the tables are super small. They are a little pricy 7 $ for the smallest cup. But I don't know any cheaper price
Good location. Helpful staff. Had no issues. Ice cream was good. Wife had the cotton candy and said after awhile the taste went bland and it tasted more like plain cream. I had the strawberry with cheesecake and it was very good.
The product is good, the ice cream combos are delish. The app's promos are somewhat confusing or misleading. One of the promos was bogo on a signature creation expiring 9/30, so we got two of them, (our son and I shared the oreos creation), but when my telephone number was entered, the only promo showing up was $3 off a $10 purchase. Enter three gift cards. Balance: 0.34. Yes! It was empty when we entered but there were quite a few other customers after us.
I love taking my daughter to this Cold Stone location to try the new flavors. Staff is always friendly and quick here!
Came here for a little sweet treat after the las vegas aviators baseball game and ordered the oreo crème ice cream. The workers sage and liliana were both friendly and welcoming to not only me, but to all the guests that came in! On top of that, the ice cream was THE BOMB!! The environment was great and everything together made this an easy 5 star review.
